Confirm before you order

Warranty periods vary by unit (for example 6 months, 1 year, 1 year 6 months or 2 years). The exact period for your GPU is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.

Proof of purchase

Keep your order confirmation, invoice (if provided) and the GPU's serial number. These may be needed for a claim.

Making a claim

Message us on WhatsApp at 9251263236 with your order details, serial number, and a short description or video of the issue. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Conditions

Exclusions, shipping responsibilities and claim conditions depend on the actual seller or manufacturer warranty for that product. No warranty is promised beyond the terms confirmed for your particular GPU. Perfect Card is not a manufacturer or authorized service center.
