10-day testing period

Eligible products come with a 10-day testing period. Whether your GPU is eligible, and when the period starts, is confirmed on WhatsApp when you order.

Eligibility

• The GPU must be returned in the same condition it was received, without physical damage or tampering.
• Original packaging and accessories (where supplied) should be included.
• The serial number must match the unit sold.
• Proof of purchase is required.

How to request a return

Message us on WhatsApp at 9251263236 within the testing period with your order details and the reason for return.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong GPU, contact us as soon as possible with photos or a video so we can resolve it.

Refunds & shipping

Refund method, processing time and return shipping responsibility are confirmed with you on WhatsApp for each order. Exclusions may apply, subject to applicable law.
